Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, the upgrading and transformation of urban drainage system has become a key measure to improve the city's flood control and drainage capacity and to improve the residents' living environment. cost assessment of urban drainage system renovation project, as an important link in project decision and implementation, is of great significance to ensure the economic rationality of the project and the maximization of investment benefits. The method and process of cost evaluation of urban drainage system reconstruction project are discussed in depth, the key factors affecting cost are analyzed, the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward. This paper summarizes the basic fr amework of cost assessment of urban drainage system reconstruction engineering, including the preliminary project investigation, design scheme optimization, bill of quantities preparation, cost budget preparation and audit and other links. In the evaluation process, takes into account various cost factors such as material price, labor cost, machinery and equipment rental, construction management fee and unforeseeable fee, etc. to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the cost evaluation. The paper focuses on the key factors affecting the cost of urban drainage system renovation project, such as engineering technical difficulty, construction condition complexity, material market price fluctuation, etc. In view of these factors, puts forward some suggestions to effectively reduce the project cost by adopting advanced construction technology, rationally arranging the construction sequence, strengthening the control of material cost and so on.
