Abstract
With the title of "Cost Control Strategy of Urban overpass Construction Projects", , the challenges and countermeasures faced by urban overpass construction projects in cost control are discussed in depth. With the acceleration of urbanization, urban overpass as an important infrastructure to relieve traffic pressure and improve urban traffic efficiency, the cost control of its construction project is particularly important. By analyzing the complexity of cost composition of urban overpass construction project, the diversity of influencing factors, combined with the current theory and practice of engineering cost management, a series of effective cost control strategies are put forward. This paper defines the necessity of cost control of urban overpass construction projects. points out that reasonable cost control can not only ensure the effective use of project funds, reduce investment risk, can also improve the economic and social benefits of the project. Therefore, strict cost control measures should be implemented at all stages of project planning, design, construction and completion, .
