Abstract
As an important part of urban public space, ‌ carries multiple functions such as citizen leisure, ‌ entertainment, ‌ assembly, etc. ‌ the cost evaluation and control of its maintenance project is of great significance to ensure the integrity of square facilities and ‌ to improve the image of the city. ‌ With the rapid development of urban construction, the use frequency and load of ‌ city squares are increasing, ‌ maintenance projects are becoming more and more frequent, and ‌ puts forward higher requirements for cost management. ‌ This paper studies the cost evaluation and control of urban square maintenance engineering, ‌ analyzes the cost composition, ‌ evaluation methods, ‌ and puts forward effective control measures. ‌ In terms of cost evaluation, ‌ this paper first makes clear the main maintenance contents of the city square maintenance project, ‌ including ground pavement, ‌ lighting facilities, ‌ green landscape, ‌ leisure seats and so on. ‌ According to different maintenance items, ‌ analyzes the composition of materials cost, ‌ labor cost, ‌ machinery cost and other expenses in detail. ‌ provides the basic data for the cost evaluation. ‌ At the same time, ‌ combined with the market situation and historical maintenance records, ‌ by the cost method, ‌ market comparison method and other evaluation methods, ‌ the cost of city square maintenance project is comprehensively and ob jectively evaluated ‌. ‌ In the aspect of cost control, ‌ this paper puts forward a number of effective measures. ‌ First, establish a detailed maintenance project ledger, ‌ record the use of plaza facilities, ‌ maintenance history and other information, ‌ to provide the basis for making maintenance plans and budgets. ‌ Second, make a scientific and reasonable maintenance plan, ‌ according to the damage degree and emergency degree of facilities, ‌ reasonably arrange maintenance projects and funds, ‌ to ensure the orderly maintenance work. ‌ third, strengthen the supervision and management of cost in the construction process, ‌ strictly control material consumption, ‌ labor input and other cost factors, ‌ to prevent cost overruns. ‌ Fourth, we will implement a system of bill of quantities valuation and tendering and procurement, ‌ reduce procurement costs through market competition mechanism and ‌ improve the efficiency of fund use. ‌‌ The importance of quality control in cost management is also emphasized. ‌ points out that, while pursuing cost control, ‌ must ensure the quality of maintenance projects, ‌ to avoid repeated maintenance and waste of funds caused by quality problems. ‌ Therefore, ‌ need to establish a sound quality management system, ‌ strengthen the quality supervision and acceptance during the construction process, ‌ to ensure that the maintenance project to achieve the expected effect. ‌‌ This paper summarizes the key points of cost evaluation and control of urban square maintenance engineering, ‌ and points out that with the continuous development of urban construction, ‌ maintenance engineering cost management will face more challenges and opportunities. ‌ Therefore, ‌ needs to constantly innovate management ideas and methods, ‌ to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of cost management, ‌ to provide a strong guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the city square. ‌
