Abstract
With the title of "Cost control of Urban bus Stop Construction Project", ‌ discusses in depth how to effectively manage and control the cost of urban bus stop construction project under the background of accelerated urbanization and the increasing demand for public transportation ‌, ‌ in order to ensure the construction quality and ‌ to achieve the maximum cost benefit. ‌ bus station is an important part of urban public transport system, ‌ its construction quality is directly related to the citizens' travel experience and city image. ‌ Therefore, ‌ reasonable control of the cost of bus stop construction projects, ‌ for improving the level of public transport service, ‌ to promote the sustainable development of the city is of great significance. ‌ First, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the cost of urban bus stop construction project, ‌, including the complexity of design scheme, ‌ material selection, ‌ geographical location, ‌ construction conditions, ‌ functional requirements, ‌ environmental protection and sustainability requirements, policies and regulations. ‌ On this basis, ‌ the article further elaborates the necessity and importance of cost control, ‌ points out that through scientific, ‌ and reasonable cost management measures, ‌ can effectively reduce the construction cost and ‌ improve the economic benefit of the project on the premise of ensuring the construction quality. ‌ According to the characteristics of bus station construction projects, ‌ this paper puts forward a series of cost control strategies. ‌ In the design stage, ‌ emphasizes the optimization of the design scheme, ‌ carries out the quota design, ‌ avoids unnecessary waste; ‌ In the material purchase stage, ‌ pay attention to the cost performance of materials, ‌ select the standardized and economic and reasonable materials; ‌ In the construction phase, ‌ strengthen site management, ‌ strictly control construction changes, ‌ to ensure construction progress and quality; ‌ At the completion and settlement stage, ‌ shall strictly examine the quantity of the works and ‌ shall ensure the authenticity and rationality of the settlement price. ‌‌ The importance of the whole process cost management is also emphasized in this paper. ‌ means that during the whole project life cycle, ‌ should be continuously monitored and adjusted from investment decision, ‌ design, ‌ construction to completion and delivery, ‌. ‌ By introducing advanced project management tools and technologies, such as ‌ (‌ building information model) ‌, ‌ improves the informatization level of project management, ‌ realizes real-time sharing and dynamic update of cost information, and ‌ provides more accurate data support for cost control. ‌‌ Based on the in-depth study of the cost control of urban bus stop construction projects, ‌ puts forward a series of targeted control measures and strategies, ‌ provides useful reference for related construction units. ‌ The research results are of great significance for improving the investment efficiency of urban bus stop construction projects and ‌ to promote the healthy development of public transport undertakings. ‌
