摘 要
本文旨在探讨高新技术企业人才引进的现状、问题及优化对策。首先概述了人才引进的定义、特点及主要模式,强调了其在企业发展中的关键作用。随后,分析了高新技术企业作为创新驱动发展的核心力量,在加速技术成果转化和吸引优秀人才方面的重要性。然而,当前高新技术企业在人才引进过程中面临着缺乏长期人才培养规划、人才供需不匹配、引进机制不健全及人才流失率较高等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了建立系统培训规划、制定个性化培养目标、完善培训内容、建立人才库、引进激励机制及留才机制等一系列优化对策。通过这些措施,旨在帮助高新技术企业构建更加完善的人才引进与培养体系,提升企业的核心竞争力和可持续发展能力。本研究对于高新技术企业的人才引进工作具有重要的理论指导意义和实践参考价值。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the current situation, problems and optimization countermeasures of talent introduction in high-tech enterprises. Firstly, the definition, characteristics and main mode of talent introduction are summarized, and its key role in enterprise development is emphasized. Subsequently, it analyzes the importance of high-tech enterprises, as the core force of innovation-driven development, in accelerating the transformation of technological achievements and attracting excellent talents. However, in the process of talent introduction, high-tech enterprises are faced with the lack of long-term talent training plan, the mismatch between talent supply and demand, the imperfect introduction mechanism and the high rate of talent turnover. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward a series of optimization countermeasures, such as establishing systematic training plan, formulating personalized training ob jectives, improving training content, establishing talent pool, introducing incentive mechanism and retaining talent mechanism. Through these measures, the aim is to help high-tech enterprises to build a more perfect talent introduction and training system, and enhance the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability of enterprises. This study has important theoretical guiding significance and practical reference value for the talent introduction of high-tech enterprises.
