基于物联网的工程项目现场管理研究
摘要
随着物联网技术的飞速发展,其在工程项目现场管理中的应用日益广泛,为提升项目管理效率、保障工程质量和安全提供了新的解决方案。本文基于物联网技术,深入探讨了其在工程项目现场管理中的应用现状、优势、挑战及优化策略,旨在为推动工程项目管理的智能化、信息化转型提供理论支持和实践指导。物联网技术通过集成传感器、RFID、无线通信等技术,实现了对工程项目现场人员、设备、物料、环境等关键要素的实时监测和数据分析。在工程项目现场管理中,物联网技术可以显著提升管理效率,实现资源优化配置和动态调度。例如,通过智能监控系统实时监测施工现场的安全状况,及时发现并处理安全隐患;利用RFID技术实现物料追踪和库存管理,提高物料使用效率和减少浪费;通过数据分析优化施工流程,提高工程质量和进度控制水平。物联网技术在工程项目现场管理中的应用也面临一些挑战。如数据安全问题,如何确保现场采集的数据不被非法获取或篡改;系统集成问题,如何实现不同设备、系统之间的无缝对接和数据共享;以及人员培训问题,如何提升项目管理人员对物联网技术的认知和应用能力等。本文提出了相应的优化策略。首先,加强数据安全防护,采用加密技术、访问控制等手段确保数据安全;其次,推动系统集成标准化,制定统一的数据接口和通信协议,实现不同设备、系统之间的互联互通;最后,加强人员培训和技术支持,提高项目管理人员的物联网技术应用能力,推动其在工程项目现场管理中的深入应用。基于物联网的工程项目现场管理研究具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。通过充分利用物联网技术的优势,可以显著提升工程项目现场管理的效率和水平,为建筑业的高质量发展贡献力量。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology, its application in the engineering project site management is increasingly extensive, which provides a new solution for improving the efficiency of project management and ensuring the quality and safety of the project. Based on the Internet of Things technology, this paper deeply discusses its application status, advantages, challenges and optimization strategies in engineering project site management, aiming at providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the intelligent and information transformation of engineering project management. Through the integration of sensors, RFID, wireless communication and other technologies, the Internet of Things technology realizes real-time monitoring and data analysis of key elements such as personnel, equipment, materials, and environment on the site of engineering projects. In the field management of engineering projects, the Internet of Things technology can significantly improve management efficiency, achieve optimal allocation of resources and dynamic scheduling. For example, the intelligent monitoring system monitors the safety status of the construction site in real time, and discovers and deals with safety hazards in time; Use RFID technology for material tracking and inventory management to improve material use efficiency and reduce waste; Optimize construction process through data analysis, improve project quality and schedule control level. The application of iot technology in engineering project site management also faces some challenges. Such as data security issues, how to ensure that the data collected on site is not illegally obtained or tampered with; System integration issues, how to achieve seamless docking and data sharing between different devices and systems; As well as personnel training, how to improve project managers' cognition and application ability of Internet of Things technology. The corresponding optimization strategy is proposed in this paper. First, strengthen data security protection, using encryption technology, access control and other means to ensure data security; Secondly, promote the standardization of system integration, develop a unified data interface and communication protocol, and realize the interconnection between different devices and systems; Finally, strengthen personnel training and technical support, improve the ability of project managers to apply Internet of Things technology, and promote its in-depth application in engineering project site management. The research of engineering project site management based on the Internet of Things has important theoretical value and practical significance. By making full use of the advantages of Internet of Things technology, the efficiency and level of site management of engineering projects can be significantly improved, and the high-quality development of the construction industry can be contributed.
