BIM技术在工程项目竣工结算中的应用
摘要
随着建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的日益成熟与普及,其在工程项目全生命周期中的应用愈加广泛,特别是在竣工结算阶段,BIM技术展现了其独特的优势与价值。本文深入探讨了BIM技术在工程项目竣工结算中的应用,分析了传统竣工结算方法的不足,并详细阐述了BIM技术如何有效解决这些问题,提升竣工结算的效率和准确性。在竣工结算阶段,传统的工程结算方法主要依赖于手工计算和电子表格辅助,面对庞大而复杂的工程量数据和多变的施工变更,这种方法显得力不从心,不仅工作量大、耗时长,而且容易出错,导致结算效率低下,成本增加。而BIM技术的引入,为竣工结算提供了全新的解决方案。BIM技术通过构建建筑项目的三维数字化模型,集成了项目设计、施工、管理等多方面的信息,使得竣工结算所需的各项数据变得清晰、准确且易于获取。在BIM平台上,项目各参与方可以实时共享和更新数据,有效避免了信息不对称和数据遗漏的问题。同时,BIM技术还具备强大的计算和分析能力,能够自动完成工程量的计算和费用核算,大大减轻了结算人员的工作负担,提高了结算的效率和准确性。BIM技术在竣工结算中的应用还体现在以下几个方面:一是可以直观展示施工变更情况,便于结算人员快速识别和处理变更;二是能够自动生成竣工图纸和结算报告,减少人工绘图和编制报告的工作量;三是通过数据对比和分析,可以及时发现和解决结算过程中的争议和纠纷,促进各方达成共识。BIM技术在工程项目竣工结算中的应用,不仅提高了结算的效率和准确性,还降低了结算成本,增强了结算过程的透明度和可追溯性。随着BIM技术的不断发展和完善,其在工程项目竣工结算中的应用前景将更加广阔。

Abstract
With the increasing maturity and popularity of building information modeling (BIM) technology, its application in the whole life cycle of engineering projects is more and more extensive, especially in the completion of the settlement stage, BIM technology shows its unique advantages and value. This paper deeply discusses the application of BIM technology in the completion settlement of engineering projects, analyzes the shortcomings of traditional completion settlement methods, and elaborates how BIM technology can effectively solve these problems and improve the efficiency and accuracy of completion settlement. In the completion settlement stage, the traditional method of project settlement mainly relies on manual calculation and spreadsheet assistance, in the face of huge and complex engineering quantity data and changeable construction changes, this method is powerless, not only the workload is large, time-consuming, but also prone to error, resulting in low settlement efficiency and cost increase. The introduction of BIM technology provides a new solution for completion settlement. BIM technology integrates the information of project design, construction, management and other aspects by constructing a three-dimensional digital model of a construction project, making the data required for completion settlement clear, accurate and easy to obtain. On the BIM platform, all project participants can share and update data in real time, effectively avoiding the problem of information asymmetry and data omission. At the same time, BIM technology also has strong calculation and analysis capabilities, which can automatically complete the calculation of engineering quantities and cost accounting, greatly reducing the work burden of settlement personnel, and improving the efficiency and accuracy of settlement. The application of BIM technology in completion settlement is also reflected in the following aspects: First, it can visually display construction changes, which is convenient for settlement personnel to quickly identify and deal with changes; Second, it can automatically generate as-built drawings and settlement reports, reducing the workload of manual drawing and report preparation; Third, through data comparison and analysis, disputes and disputes in the settlement process can be discovered and resolved in a timely manner, and parties can reach a consensus. The application of BIM technology in the completion settlement of engineering projects not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of the settlement, but also reduces the settlement cost and enhances the transparency and traceability of the settlement process. With the continuous development and improvement of BIM technology, its application prospect in the completion settlement of engineering projects will be broader.
