随着城市化进程的加快和交通运输需求的日益增长,道路工程建设作为基础设施建设的重要组成部分,其施工质量直接关系到交通运输的安全性、舒适性和经济性。然而,在道路工程施工过程中,由于设计、材料、施工工艺及管理等多方面因素的影响,常常会出现一系列质量问题,如路基沉陷与变形、路面裂缝与平整度差、排水不畅及防护设施失效等,这些问题不仅影响了道路的正常使用,还增加了后期维护成本,甚至可能引发安全事故。本文通过概述道路工程基础理论、施工质量管理理论及病害识别与评估理论,为后续研究奠定理论基础。随后,从设计、材料和施工工艺与管理三个维度出发,分析影响道路工程施工质量的主要因素。阐述路基、路面、排水与防护工程以及桥梁与隧道等关键施工环节的常见质量通病,并针对每种通病进行了成因分析。在此基础上,本文提出了针对性的防治措施,包括加强地质勘察与设计优化、严格控制路基填料与压实工艺、优化路面结构设计、完善排水系统设计与施工、强化防护设施施工质量管理、桥梁裂缝与变形的预防措施以及隧道渗漏与衬砌破损的治理技术等,以期为道路工程施工质量管理提供科学依据和实践指导。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing demand for transportation, road engineering construction, as an important component of infrastructure construction, directly affects the safety, comfort, and economy of transportation in terms of construction quality. However, in the process of road engineering construction, due to various factors such as design, materials, construction technology, and management, a series of quality problems often occur, such as roadbed subsidence and deformation, pavement cracks and poor flatness, poor drainage, and ineffective protective facilities. These problems not only affect the normal use of the road, but also increase maintenance costs in the later stage, and may even cause safety accidents. This article provides an overview of the basic theories of road engineering, construction quality management, and disease identification and evaluation, laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent research. Subsequently, starting from the three dimensions of design, materials, construction technology, and management, analyze the main factors affecting the construction quality of road engineering. Elaborate on common quality problems in key construction processes such as roadbed, pavement, drainage and protection engineering, as well as bridges and tunnels, and analyze the causes of each common problem. On this basis, this article proposes targeted prevention and control measures, including strengthening geological exploration and design optimization, strictly controlling roadbed filling and compaction processes, optimizing pavement structure design, improving drainage system design and construction, strengthening construction quality management of protective facilities, preventive measures for bridge cracks and deformations, and treatment techniques for tunnel leakage and lining damage, in order to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for road engineering construction quality management.
