在快速变化的全球经济环境中,工程项目作为推动社会发展的重要力量,其进度管理直接关系到项目的成功与否。随着工程项目规模的不断扩大和复杂性的增加,进度管理面临的挑战也日益严峻。当前,工程项目进度管理中普遍存在着计划制定不合理、控制不力、沟通协调不畅以及风险管理不足等问题,这些问题不仅影响了项目的按时完成,还可能导致资源浪费、成本超支甚至项目失败。本文概述了工程项目管理基础、进度管理理论和风险管理理论,为后续分析奠定了理论基础。文章分析了工程项目进度管理中存在的主要问题,包括进度计划制定不合理、进度控制不力、沟通协调不畅以及风险管理不足等方面,并详细阐述了这些问题的具体表现及其对项目进度的影响。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的优化措施,包括制定科学合理的进度计划、加强进度控制与监控、改善沟通协调机制以及强化风险管理等。这些措施旨在提高工程项目进度管理的科学性、有效性和可控性,确保项目能够按时、高效、优质地完成。最后,本文总结了研究成果,并展望了未来工程项目进度管理的发展趋势。

Abstract
In the rapidly changing global economic environment, engineering projects are an important force to promote social development, and their progress management is directly related to the success of the projects. With the continuous expansion of project scale and increasing complexity, the challenges of schedule management are becoming increasingly severe. At present, there are many problems in the project schedule management, such as unreasonable planning, ineffective control, poor communication and coordination, and insufficient risk management. These problems not only affect the completion of the project on time, but also may lead to the waste of resources, cost overspend and even project failure. This paper summarizes the foundation of engineering project management, schedule management theory and risk management theory, which lays the theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis. This paper analyzes the main problems in the project progress management, including unreasonable schedule formulation, poor progress control, poor communication and coordination, and insufficient risk management, and expounds the specific performance of these problems and their impact on the project progress. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward corresponding optimization measures, including making scientific and reasonable progress plan, strengthening progress control and monitoring, improving communication and coordination mechanism, and strengthening risk management. These measures aim to improve the scientific, effective and controllability of project progress management and ensure that the project can be completed on time, efficiently and with high quality. Finally, this paper summarizes the research results and prospects the development trend of future project schedule management.
