基层畜牧兽医动物防疫工作的问题与改进措施

摘  要

随着全球畜牧业的迅速发展，动物疫病防控成为维护公共卫生安全、促进畜牧业可持续发展的重要基石。基层畜牧兽医作为动物防疫工作的前线战士，其职责重大，任务艰巨。因此，本文针对基层畜牧兽医动物防疫工作存在的问题，进行了系统分析和研究。本文提出了加强防疫资源配置、完善防疫体系、提升兽医专业能力和增强农牧民防疫意识等改进措施。具体包括改善基础设施、增加防疫经费投入、强化政策支持与执行、建立快速反应机制、加强专业知识培训、提高实践操作技能以及加大防疫知识普及力度等。这些措施的实施，旨在提高基层畜牧兽医动物防疫工作的质量和效率，为畜牧业的可持续发展和公共卫生安全提供有力保障。

PROBLEMS AND IMPROVEMENT MEASURES OF BASIC ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND VETERINARY MEDICINE AND ANIMAL EPIDEMIC PREVENTION WORK

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of global animal husbandry, the prevention and control of animal diseases has become an important cornerstone for maintaining public health security and promoting the sustainable development of animal husbandry. As the frontline soldiers of animal epidemic prevention, grassroots animal husbandry and veterinary medicine have great responsibilities and arduous tasks. Therefore, this paper systematically analyzes and studies the problems existing in the grassroots animal husbandry and veterinary animal epidemic prevention work. This paper puts forward improvement measures such as strengthening the allocation of epidemic prevention resources, improving the epidemic prevention system, enhancing the professional ability of veterinary medicine and enhancing the awareness of farmers and herdsmen. Specifically, it includes improving infrastructure, increasing epidemic prevention funding input, strengthening policy support and implementation, establishing a rapid response mechanism, strengthening professional knowledge training, improving practical operation skills, and increasing the popularization of epidemic prevention knowledge. The implementation of these measures aims to improve the quality and efficiency of animal husbandry and veterinary animal epidemic prevention work at the grass-roots level, and to provide a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of animal husbandry and public health security.
