摘 要
本文深入探讨了基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的自动喷涂系统设计研究。喷涂工艺在多个工业领域中占据重要地位,而自动化喷涂系统的引入不仅提高了生产效率,还显著提升了喷涂质量和一致性。针对当前中小型企业喷涂设备自动化水平较低、喷涂质量不稳定的问题,本文设计了一种基于PLC的通用型自动喷涂系统。本文详细介绍了自动喷涂机的结构设计,包括工作台和喷枪支架两大部分。工作台采用旋转和倾斜设计,以适应不同形状和尺寸的工件喷涂需求;喷枪支架则通过精密的丝杠螺母机构和旋转装置,实现喷枪的多角度、多自由度移动,确保喷涂的均匀性和准确性。本文重点阐述了电气控制系统的设计。控制系统以PLC为核心,通过以太网PROFINET与触摸屏、上位机等设备进行通信,实现喷涂过程的实时监测和精确控制。该系统能够根据不同的喷涂需求,灵活调整喷涂参数,如喷涂速度、喷涂角度和喷枪轨迹等,从而满足不同工件的喷涂要求。本文还针对内壁喷涂、复杂表面喷涂等特定应用场景,提出了相应的解决方案。对于内壁喷涂,设计了旋转式工作台和步进电机驱动的喷枪系统,通过优化喷涂工艺和参数设置,确保了内壁喷涂的均匀性和质量。

Abstract
This paper discusses the design and research of automatic spraying system based on programmable logic controller (PLC). The spraying process plays an important role in several industrial sectors, and the introduction of automated spraying systems has not only increased production efficiency, but also significantly improved the quality and consistency of spraying. Aiming at the low automation level and unstable spraying quality of small and medium-sized enterprises, a general automatic spraying system based on PLC is designed in this paper. This paper introduces the structure design of automatic spraying machine in detail, including two parts: workbench and gun support. The table is designed with rotation and tilt to adapt to the needs of different shapes and sizes of the workpiece spray; The spray gun support achieves multi-angle and multi-degree of freedom movement of the spray gun through the precision lead screw nut mechanism and rotating device to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of the spray. This paper focuses on the design of electrical control system. The control system takes PLC as the core, and communicates with the touch screen and host computer through Ethernet PROFINET to realize the real-time monitoring and precise control of the spraying process. The system can flexibly adjust spraying parameters according to different spraying needs, such as spraying speed, spraying Angle and spraying gun trajectory, so as to meet the spraying requirements of different workpieces. This paper also puts forward corresponding solutions for specific application scenarios such as inner wall spraying and complex surface spraying. For inner wall spraying, a rotary table and a stepper motor driven gun system are designed to ensure the uniformity and quality of inner wall spraying by optimizing the spraying process and parameter Settings.
