摘 要
随着自动化技术的快速发展,自动售货机作为一种便捷的销售方式,在现代商业环境中得到了广泛应用。为了提高自动售货机的智能化水平、稳定性和用户体验,本文深入研究了基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)的自动售货机控制系统设计。本文介绍了PLC在自动售货机控制系统中的核心作用。PLC以其高可靠性、强抗干扰能力和灵活的可编程性,成为自动售货机控制系统的理想选择。通过PLC,可以实现售货机内部复杂逻辑的有效控制,包括商品识别、金额计算、交易处理、库存管理和故障诊断等功能。本文详细阐述了基于PLC的自动售货机控制系统的设计原理与实现方法。在硬件设计方面,系统主要由PLC控制器、输入设备(如硬币识别器、纸币识别器、触摸屏等)、输出设备(如电机驱动器、指示灯等)、通信接口和电源及保护电路组成。在软件设计方面,通过编程软件编写控制程序,实现系统的各项功能。同时,采用组态监控技术,可以实时监测系统运行状态,提高系统的可维护性和可管理性。本文还探讨了基于PLC的自动售货机控制系统的优化策略。针对售货机可能遇到的各种问题,如库存不足、货币识别错误、货道堵塞等,系统设计了相应的报警和故障处理机制。通过实时监测和数据分析,系统能够及时发现并解决问题,确保售货机的正常运行。本文总结了基于PLC的自动售货机控制系统设计的优点和应用前景。

Abstract
With the rapid development of automation technology, vending machines, as a convenient way to sell, have been widely used in modern business environments. In order to improve the intelligent level, stability and user experience of the vending machine, this paper deeply studies the design of the vending machine control system based on PLC (programmable logic controller). This paper introduces the core function of PLC in the control system of vending machine. PLC with its high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and flexible programmability, become the ideal choice of vending machine control system. Through PLC, the effective control of the complex logic inside the vending machine can be realized, including commodity identification, amount calculation, transaction processing, inventory management and fault diagnosis. This paper elaborates the design principle and realization method of the vending machine control system based on PLC. In terms of hardware design, the system is mainly composed of PLC controller, input equipment (such as coin recognizer, banknote recognizer, touch screen, etc.), output equipment (such as motor driver, indicator light, etc.), communication interface and power supply and protection circuit. In the aspect of software design, the control program is written by programming software to realize the functions of the system. At the same time, the configuration monitoring technology can monitor the running state of the system in real time and improve the maintainability and manageability of the system. This paper also discusses the optimization strategy of the vending machine control system based on PLC. In view of the various problems that may be encountered by the vending machine, such as insufficient inventory, currency identification error, goods channel blockage, the system designs the corresponding alarm and fault handling mechanism. Through real-time monitoring and data analysis, the system can find and solve problems in time to ensure the normal operation of the vending machine. This paper summarizes the advantages and application prospects of the design of vending machine control system based on PLC.
