本研究旨在探讨数字化转型对企业组织结构的影响及优化策略。通过深入分析多家实施数字化转型的企业案例,结合定量与定性研究方法,我们发现数字化转型显著改变了传统企业组织结构。数字化转型推动了组织结构的扁平化,减少了管理层级,加快了决策流程。同时,数字化转型促进了跨部门协作与信息共享,提高了组织效率。本研究创新性地提出了数字化转型背景下的组织结构优化模型,该模型强调灵活性、开放性和网络化特征,以适应快速变化的市场环境。研究结果显示,优化后的组织结构能显著提升企业响应市场变化的能力,进而增强企业竞争力。本研究为企业在数字化转型过程中调整和优化组织结构提供了理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of digital transformation on enterprise organizational structure and optimization strategies. Through in-depth analysis of several cases of enterprises implementing digital transformation, combined with quantitative and qualitative research methods, we found that digital transformation has significantly changed the organizational structure of traditional enterprises. Digital transformation promotes the flattening of the organizational structure, reduces the management levels, and accelerates the decision-making process. At the same time, digital transformation promotes cross-departmental collaboration and information sharing, and improves organizational efficiency. This study innovatively proposes an organizational structure optimization model in the context of digital transformation, which emphasizes flexibility, openness and networking characteristics to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment. The research results show that the optimized organizational structure can significantly improve the ability of enterprises to respond to market changes, and then enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to adjust and optimize the organizational structure in the process of digital transformation.

Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of digital transformation on enterprise organizational structure and optimization strategies.
