摘 要
本研究旨在探讨企业核心竞争力的构建及其对企业持续竞争优势的影响。通过深入分析核心竞争力的内涵与外延,本研究揭示了核心竞争力是企业获取长期市场竞争优势的关键因素。采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,我们调查了多家成功企业,并对其核心竞争力进行了系统评估。研究发现,创新管理、品牌塑造、技术研发及人才培养等方面是构成企业核心竞争力的主要要素。进一步分析表明,这些要素不仅直接影响企业的市场表现,还通过增强企业内部能力,间接提升企业持续竞争优势。本研究创新性地提出了核心竞争力构建的综合模型,并验证了其对持续竞争优势的显著影响,为企业战略制定提供了理论与实践指导。

Abstract
The aim of this study is to explore the construction of core competitiveness and its impact on its continuous competitive advantage. Through in-depth analysis of the connotation and extension of core competitiveness, this research reveals that core competitiveness is the key factor for enterprises to obtain long-term market competitive advantage. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research approaches, we investigated several successful companies and conducted a systematic evaluation of their core competencies. Research found that innovation management, brand building, technology research and development and talent training and other aspects are the main elements of the core competitiveness of an enterprise. Further analysis shows that these elements not only directly affect the market performance of enterprises, but also indirectly enhance the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises by enhancing the internal capacity of enterprises. This study innovatively proposed a comprehensive model for the construction of core competitiveness, verifies its significant impact on continuous competitive advantage, and provides theoretical and practical guidance for enterprise strategy formulation.

Abstract
