摘 要
本论文探讨了幼儿园特殊需要儿童的融合教育实践模式及其存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进对策。首先,介绍了加入式融合、半日康复训练及半日入园结合等幼儿园融合教育的实践模式。接着,分析了当前幼儿园特殊需要儿童融合教育面临的主要问题,包括教育资源分配不均、师资力量薄弱、家园合作不畅以及心理调适能力不足等。针对这些问题,本文提出了优化资源配置、加强师资培训、加强家校沟通以及建立心理支持系统等改进对策。这些对策旨在提升幼儿园融合教育的质量,确保特殊需要儿童能够获得适宜的教育支持,促进其全面发展。通过本研究,期望能够为幼儿园特殊需要儿童的融合教育实践提供有益的参考和借鉴,推动融合教育的深入发展,实现教育公平与社会和谐。

Abstract
This paper discusses the practice mode of integrated education and its existing problems of children with special needs in kindergartens, and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures. First of all, the practice mode of kindergarten integration education, such as inclusion integration, half-day rehabilitation training and half-day enrollment combination, is introduced. Then, it analyzes the main problems faced by the integrated education of children with special needs in kindergartens, including the uneven distribution of educational resources, weak teachers, poor home cooperation and the lack of psychological adjustment ability. In view of these problems, this paper proposes some improvement countermeasures, such as optimizing resource allocation, strengthening teacher training, strengthening home-school communication, and establishing psychological support system. These countermeasures aim to improve the quality of integrated education in kindergartens, ensuring that children with special needs can receive appropriate educational support and promote their all-round development. Through this study, it is expected to provide useful reference and reference for the integrated education practice of children with special needs in kindergartens, promote the in-depth development of integrated education, and realize educational equity and social harmony.
