摘 要
本研究关注幼儿教师职业倦怠与专业素养之间的关联性,旨在探讨如何通过提升专业素养来缓解职业倦怠,进而改善幼儿教育质量。在当前学前教育日益受到重视的背景下,幼儿教师作为教育质量的关键因素,其职业状态对儿童的早期发展具有深远影响。然而,幼儿教师面临的职业倦怠问题已成为不容忽视的现实,这不仅影响教师的个人健康和职业发展,也对教育质量和儿童成长产生负面影响。本研究首先界定了幼儿教师职业倦怠的概念,并分析了其具体表现,包括情感耗竭、去个性化和成就感降低。同时,探讨了职业倦怠的成因,如工作负荷、角色冲突和社会支持不足。随后,本研究详细阐述了幼儿教师专业素养的构成要素,包括专业知识、专业能力、专业情意和专业伦理,并分析了职业倦怠对专业素养的负面影响以及专业素养如何缓解职业倦怠。通过深入分析,本研究发现职业倦怠显著削弱了教师的专业素养,而提升专业素养能有效预防和减轻职业倦怠。基于此,本研究提出了一系列策略,包括优化工作环境、加强专业培训、建立社会支持系统和促进教师个人成长,以实现幼儿教师职业倦怠的缓解和专业素养的提升。本研究的结论强调,通过综合措施的实施,可以有效降低幼儿教师的职业倦怠,提升其专业素养,从而促进幼儿教育的全面发展。这不仅对提升教师的职业满意度和生活质量具有重要意义,也为提高教育质量和促进儿童全面发展提供了坚实的基础。

Abstract
This study focuses on the correlation between vocational burnout and professional literacy of preschool teachers, and aims to explore how to alleviate occupational burnout by improving professional literacy, so as to improve the quality of preschool education. Under the background of the increasing attention paid to preschool education, preschool teachers, as a key factor in the quality of education, have a profound impact on the early development of children. However, the problem of job burnout faced by preschool teachers has become a reality that cannot be ignored, which not only affects the personal health and professional development of teachers, but also has a negative impact on the quality of education and children's growth. This study first defines the concept of preschool teacher burnout and analyzes its specific manifestations, including emotional exhaustion, deindividuation and reduced sense of accomplishment. At the same time, the causes of job burnout, such as workload, role conflict and insufficient social support, are discussed. Subsequently, this study elaborated the constituent elements of preschool teachers' professional literacy, including professional knowledge, professional ability, professional affection and professional ethics, and analyzed the negative impact of job burnout on professional literacy and how professional literacy can alleviate job burnout. Through in-depth analysis, this study finds that job burnout significantly weakens teachers' professional literacy, and improving professional literacy can effectively prevent and alleviate job burnout. Based on this, this study puts forward a series of strategies,, in order to alleviate preschool teachers' burnout and enhance their professional quality. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the implementation of comprehensive measures can effectively reduce the job burnout of preschool teachers and improve their professional quality, so as to promote the comprehensive development of preschool education. This is not only of great significance for improving teachers' career satisfaction and quality of life, but also provides a solid foundation for improving the quality of education and promoting children's all-round development.
