摘 要
本研究聚焦于幼儿教师课程设计与实施能力的培养,旨在探讨如何通过有效的策略提升幼儿教师在课程设计和实施方面的专业能力。在现代教育理念指导下,幼儿教育课程设计应充分考虑学前儿童的心理发展规律、个体差异以及课程的趣味性和动机激发。幼儿教师的课程设计与实施能力包括目标设定、内容选择、活动组织、教学策略运用、课堂管理以及评估等多方面的内涵。通过对国内外研究现状的分析,本研究发现,尽管国内外教育界普遍重视幼儿教师的课程设计与实施能力,但在实际的教育实践中仍存在诸多挑战。国内教师在课程设计上往往缺乏创新,依赖传统经验;国际上,教师面临教育政策变化、专业发展支持不足等问题。因此,探索有效的教师培养策略显得尤为重要。本研究提出了一系列培养策略,包括理论与实践培训相结合、反思性教学实践、情境模拟与角色扮演等。这些策略不仅能够增强教师的理论素养,还能提升其实践技能,特别是通过情境模拟和角色扮演,可以有效提高教师应对复杂教学情境的能力。此外,本研究还强调了政策支持与激励机制的重要性。政府和教育机构应制定相关政策,为幼儿教师提供持续的专业发展机会,并设立奖励机制,激励教师进行教学创新和实践探索。

Abstract
This study focuses on the cultivation of preschool teachers' curriculum design and implementation ability, aiming to explore how to improve preschool teachers' professional ability in curriculum design and implementation through effective strategies. Under the guidance of modern education concept, the curriculum design of early childhood education should fully consider the psychological development law of preschool children, individual differences and the interest and motivation of the curriculum. The curriculum design and implementation ability of preschool teachers includes many aspects, such as goal setting, content selection, activity organization, teaching strategy application, classroom management and evaluation. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign research status, this study found that although the domestic and foreign education circles generally attach importance to the curriculum design and implementation ability of preschool teachers, there are still many challenges in the actual education practice. Domestic teachers often lack innovation in curriculum design and rely on traditional experience. Internationally, teachers face issues such as changes in education policies and inadequate support for professional development. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore effective teacher training strategies. This study proposes a series of training strategies, including the combination of theoretical and practical training, reflective teaching practice, situational simulation and role playing. These strategies can not only enhance teachers' theoretical literacy, but also improve their practical skills, especially through situational simulation and role playing, which can effectively improve teachers' ability to cope with complex teaching situations. In addition, this study also emphasizes the importance of policy support and incentive mechanism. The government and educational institutions should formulate relevant policies to provide continuous professional development opportunities for preschool teachers, and set up incentive mechanisms to encourage teachers to carry out teaching innovation and practical exploration.
