摘 要
在当今社会,幼儿教育的重要性日益凸显,而作为教育实施者的幼儿教师,其专业发展直接影响幼儿教育质量。职业认同感作为教师专业成长的核心要素,对幼儿教师的专业发展具有深远影响。然而,当前幼儿教师的职业认同感及其对专业发展的影响研究尚不充分,因此,本研究旨在探讨幼儿教师职业认同感对专业发展的影响。本研究首先概述了研究背景及意义,指出了幼儿教师职业认同感对专业发展的重要影响以及研究的必要性。在幼儿教师职业认同感对专业发展的影响部分,本研究发现,职业认同感通过影响教师专业成长的动力机制、促进教学创新与教学质量的提升、关联教师工作稳定性和留任意愿以及影响幼儿园团队合作与氛围构建等方面,对幼儿教师的专业发展产生显著影响。在提升幼儿教师职业认同感的策略建议部分,本研究提出了建立公正的评价与激励机制、提供持续的专业发展机会和培训、加强社会宣传以及创建积极的工作环境与文化等策略,以促进幼儿教师职业认同感的提升。最后,本研究总结了幼儿教师职业认同感对专业发展的影响,强调了通过提升职业认同感来促进幼儿教师专业发展的重要性,并对未来研究提出了展望。总之,本研究通过对幼儿教师职业认同感对专业发展的影响进行深入探讨,为提升幼儿教师职业认同感、促进其专业发展提供了理论依据和实践策略,对于优化幼儿教育具有重要意义。

Abstract
In today's society, the importance of early childhood education is increasingly prominent, and as the implementers of education, the professional development of early childhood teachers directly affects the quality of early childhood education. As the core element of teachers' professional growth, professional identity has a profound impact on preschool teachers' professional development. However, the current research on preschool teachers' professional identity and its impact on professional development is insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to explore the impact of preschool teachers' professional identity on professional development. Firstly, this study summarizes the background and significance of the research, and points out the important impact of preschool teachers' professional identity on professional development and the necessity of research. In terms of the impact of professional identity of preschool teachers on professional development, this study found that professional identity had a significant impact on the professional development of preschool teachers by influencing the dynamic mechanism of their professional growth, promoting teaching innovation and improving teaching quality, linking teachers' job stability and retention intention, and influencing kindergarten team cooperation and atmosphere construction. In the part of strategies and suggestions for enhancing preschool teachers' professional identity, this study proposed such strategies as establishing a fair evaluation and incentive mechanism, providing continuous professional development opportunities and training, strengthening social publicity and creating a positive working environment and culture to promote the promotion of preschool teachers' professional identity. . In conclusion, through in-depth discussion on the impact of kindergarten teachers' professional identity on professional development, this study provides theoretical basis and practical strategies for enhancing kindergarten teachers' professional identity and promoting their professional development, which is of great significance for optimizing early childhood education.
