摘 要
随着新时代的到来，农村生态环境治理成为推动乡村振兴、实现可持续发展的关键议题。近年来，农村经济的快速发展与人口增长给生态环境带来了巨大压力，农村水资源污染、生活垃圾处理不当等问题日益凸显，严重制约了农村地区的可持续发展。同时，农民对生态环境治理的意识相对薄弱，加之治理资金不足和技术手段落后，使得农村生态环境治理面临诸多困境。本研究旨在探讨新时代背景下农村生态环境治理的优化策略，针对当前农村生态环境治理面临的困境，提出了一系列切实可行的解决方案。研究首先概述了生态环境学基础、可持续发展理论及公共政策与治理理论等相关理论，为后续分析提供理论支撑。随后，分析了农村生态环境治理在保障农民生活质量与健康、促进农村经济发展及推动乡村振兴战略实施等方面的重要作用。针对农村生态环境污染严重、治理难度大、农民治理意识不足及资金投入不足等困境，本研究提出了提高污染治理水平、降低治理难度、优化农民治理意识及提高资金投入水平等优化策略。通过实施这些策略，有望有效改善农村生态环境质量，推动农村地区的可持续发展。

Abstract
With the advent of the new era, rural ecological environment governance has become a key issue to promote rural revitalization and achieve sustainable development. In recent years, the rapid development of rural economy and population growth have brought great pressure to the ecological environment, and the problems such as rural water resources pollution and improper disposal of household garbage have become increasingly prominent, which seriously restrict the sustainable development of rural areas. At the same time, farmers' awareness of ecological environment governance is relatively weak, coupled with the lack of governance funds and backward technical means, making the rural ecological environment governance faces many difficulties. This study aims to explore the optimization strategy of rural ecological environment governance in the new era, and propose a series of feasible solutions to the current difficulties of rural ecological environment governance. The research first summarized the basis of ecological environment science, sustainable development theory, public policy and governance theory and other related theories, to provide theoretical support for the subsequent analysis. Subsequently, the important role of rural ecological environment governance in ensuring the living quality and health of farmers, promoting rural economic development and promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy is analyzed. In view of the difficulties of serious rural ecological environment pollution, difficult control, insufficient awareness of farmers 'governance, and insufficient capital investment, this study puts forward the optimization strategies such as improving the level of pollution control, reducing the difficulty of governance, optimizing farmers' awareness of governance, and improving the level of capital investment.
