摘 要
随着全球气候变化和资源短缺问题日益严峻,绿色建筑作为可持续发展的重要实践手段,其环境效益评估逐渐成为学术界和产业界关注的焦点。本研究旨在通过生命周期评价方法,系统分析绿色建筑在整个生命周期内的环境影响及潜在效益,为优化建筑设计与运营提供科学依据。研究选取典型绿色建筑案例,基于国际通用的ISO 14040/44标准框架,构建了涵盖原材料提取、生产制造、施工建造、使用维护以及拆除回收五个阶段的全生命周期评价模型。通过量化温室气体排放、能源消耗、水资源利用及废弃物产生等关键指标,对比分析绿色建筑与传统建筑在环境绩效上的差异。

Abstract
With the increasingly severe problem of global climate change and resource shortage, green building, as an important practical means of sustainable development, its environmental benefit assessment has gradually become the focus of academia and industry. This study aims to systematically analyze the environmental impact and potential benefits of green buildings in the whole life cycle through the life cycle evaluation method, so as to provide a scientific basis for optimizing the architectural design and operation. Selected typical green building cases and based on the internationally used ISO 14040 / 44 standard fr amework, a full life cycle evaluation model covering five stages of raw material extraction, production, manufacturing, construction and construction, use and maintenance, and demolition and recovery. By quantifying the key indicators of greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, water resource utilization and waste generation, the environmental performance differences between green buildings and traditional buildings are compared and analyzed.
