茯苓在抗炎作用中的问题与对策研究
摘 要
本文综述了茯苓在抗炎作用中的研究进展，首先介绍了茯苓的传统药用价值及其抗炎作用的主要成分和药理机制。随后，文章详细阐述了茯苓在缓解多种炎症、改善眼部肿胀以及治疗皮肤炎症等方面的临床应用。然而，当前茯苓在抗炎作用中也存在一些问题，如多成分协同复杂、靶点不明确以及成分复杂等，这些问题限制了其抗炎效果的提升。针对这些问题，本文提出了优化对策，包括明确茯苓中各成分的协同作用机制、进行靶点筛选以及加强成分分析等。通过深入研究茯苓的抗炎作用及其优化策略，有望为茯苓在抗炎药物研发中的应用提供新的思路和方法，进一步推动其在医药领域的广泛应用。

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF THE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECT OF PORIA COCOS
ABSTRACT
This paper summarizes the progress of Poria in anti-inflammatory effect, and first introduces the traditional medicinal value and the main components and pharmacological mechanisms of anti-inflammatory effect. Subsequently, the paper elaborated on the clinical application of Poria cocos in alleviating various inflammation, improving eye swelling and treating skin inflammation. However, there are also some problems in the anti-inflammatory effect of Poria cocos, such as complex multi-component synergy, unclear target point and complex composition, which limit the improvement of its anti-inflammatory effect. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward optimization countermeasures, including clarifying the synergistic mechanism of each component in Poria cocos, conducting target screening and strengthening composition analysis. Through the thorough study of the anti-inflammatory effect of Poria cocos and its optimization strategy, it is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the application of Poria cocos in the research and development of anti-inflammatory drugs, and further promote its wide application in the pharmaceutical field.
