学前儿童同伴关系发展的问题与促进策略

摘  要

本文概述了学前儿童同伴关系的相关定义、特点及其与亲子关系的区别,并探讨了同伴关系对儿童发展的积极影响,包括促进认知能力、提升社会交往技能和形成积极情感态度等方面。然而,学前儿童同伴关系发展中存在一些问题,如缺乏重视、责任划分不清、自我中心化现象及攻击性行为等。为解决这些问题,本文提出了促进学前儿童同伴关系发展的策略,包括提高家长和教师对同伴关系的认识、明确责任分工、加强同理心培养以及实施情绪管理教育等。这些策略旨在优化学前儿童同伴关系的发展环境,促进其健康成长,为未来的社会适应能力奠定坚实基础。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the relevant definitions, characteristics, and their differences from parent-child relationships, and explores the positive effects of peer relationships on children's development, including promoting cognition, improving social communication skills, and forming positive emotional attitudes. However, there are some problems in the development of peer relationships in preschool children, such as lack of attention, unclear division of responsibilities, self-centralization, and aggressive behaviors. To address these problems, this paper proposes strategies to promote the development of peer relationships among preschool children, including improving the awareness of parents and teachers about peer relationships, clarifying the division of responsibilities, strengthening empathy, and implementing emotion management education. These strategies aim to optimize the development environment of peer relationships in preschool children, promote their healthy growth, and lay a solid foundation for future social adaptability.
