体验经济视角下的旅游产品创新研究


摘  要

体验经济时代因全球化和数字化而兴起,特别适合旅游产业。消费者需求升级和市场竞争加剧使得传统旅游产品和服务不再满足需求,因此创新成为旅游产业发展的必然。本研究探讨体验经济对旅游产业的影响,分析旅游产品创新的现状和问题,并提出实施路径和政策建议。研究概述了体验经济的起源和核心理念,指出其为旅游产品创新提供了新思路。分析了旅游产品创新的普遍问题,如同质化和技术应用局限性,并提出建立创新管理体系、培育创新文化氛围、强化跨部门合作等实施路径。最后,研究展望了旅游产品创新的趋势,并提出促进政策建议。结论强调,旅游产品创新是旅游业适应体验经济时代的重要途径,能提升旅游产品的体验价值,转变消费模式,推动目的地品牌化,为旅游业的持续发展注入新动力。

RESEARCH ON TOURISM PRODUCT INNOVATION FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF EXPERIENCE ECONOMY

ABSTRACT

The era of the experience economy, which is emerging as a result of globalization and digitalization, is particularly suited to the travel industry. The upgrading of consumer demand and the intensification of market competition make traditional tourism products and services no longer meet the demand, so innovation has become the inevitable development of tourism industry. This study discusses the impact of experience economy on tourism industry, analyzes the current situation and problems of tourism product innovation, and puts forward implementation paths and policy recommendations. This paper summarizes the origin and core concept of experience economy, and points out that it provides new ideas for tourism product innovation. This paper analyzes the common problems of tourism product innovation, such as homogenization and technology application limitations, and puts forward the implementation path of establishing innovation management system, cultivating innovation culture atmosphere and strengthening cross-departmental cooperation. Finally, the research looks forward to the trend of tourism product innovation, and puts forward policy suggestions to promote it. The conclusion emphasizes that tourism product innovation is an important way for tourism industry to adapt to the era of experience economy, which can enhance the experience value of tourism products, change consumption patterns, promote destination branding, and inject new impetus into the sustainable development of tourism industry.
