文化遗产旅游保护与开发的平衡机制研究 -旅游管理专业

摘要

在全球化与地方化并存的背景下，文化遗产旅游既丰富了旅行体验，又促进了遗产保护。然而，如何在旅游开发中保护文化遗产，避免商业化和游客过多的负面影响，成为该领域的主要挑战。本文首先界定了文化遗产的概念，区分了旅游活动类型，特别是文化遗产旅游的特点和内涵。文章概述了文化遗产旅游的市场规模，分析了主要目的地及其对经济的贡献，并强调了其在全球旅游业中的重要性。为保护和合理利用文化遗产，提出了三项措施：一是制定国际对接的保护法规和政策，并确保实施效力；二是建立旅游容量管理系统，实现遗产地的可持续利用；三是利用现代科技如三维建模、遥感监测进行遗产保护和数字化展示。通过案例分析，探讨了如何平衡保护与开发的关系，并提供了经验与启示。文章还展望了文化遗产旅游的未来趋势，这些趋势将指导未来的发展方向，助力文化遗产的长期保护与合理利用。

RESEARCH ON THE BALANCE MECHANISM BETWEEN PROTECTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURAL HERITAGE TOURISM

ABSTRACT

Under the background of globalization and localization, cultural heritage tourism not only enriches travel experience, but also promotes heritage protection. However, how to protect cultural heritage in tourism development and avoid the negative effects of commercialization and excessive tourists has become a major challenge in this field. This paper first defines the concept of cultural heritage, distinguishes the types of tourism activities, especially the characteristics and connotation of cultural heritage tourism. The article Outlines the market size of cultural heritage tourism, analyzes the major destinations and their contribution to the economy, and highlights its importance in the global tourism industry. For the protection and rational use of cultural heritage, three measures are proposed: first, to formulate international protection laws and policies, and ensure the effectiveness of implementation; The second is to establish the tourism capacity management system to realize the sustainable utilization of heritage sites; Third, the use of modern technology such as three-dimensional modeling, remote sensing monitoring for heritage protection and digital display. Through case study, this paper discusses how to balance the relationship between protection and development, and provides experience and enlightenment. The paper also looks forward to the future trends of cultural heritage tourism, which will guide the future development direction and help the long-term protection and rational utilization of cultural heritage.
