栀子化学成分及药理作用研究进展
摘 要
栀子广泛应用于中医临床治疗中,其独特的药理作用与丰富的化学成分备受关注。文章首先详细介绍了栀子中主要化学成分的分类,包括环烯醚萜类、黄酮类、酚酸类及有机酸酯类等化合物,并重点探讨了栀子苷及其衍生物的提取、鉴定、含量分布与药理作用。随后,文章深入分析了栀子的药理作用,包括其抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等核心药理活性,以及保肝利胆、降压降脂降血糖、抗菌消炎等其他药理作用。最后,文章探讨了栀子化学成分与药理作用之间的关联性,分析了主要活性成分的药理效应及成分间的协同作用,并构建了栀子药效物质基础。通过本文的研究,不仅有助于加深对栀子化学成分及药理作用的理解,还为栀子的新药研发及临床应用提供了有力的理论支持和实践指导。

PROGRESS ON CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND PHARMACOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF GARDENIA
ABSTRACT
Gardenia is widely used in the clinical treatment of TCM, and its unique pharmacological effects and rich chemical composition have attracted much attention. This paper first introduces the classification of the main chemical components in gardenia, including cyclic ether terpenoids, flavonoids, phenolic acids and organic acid esters, and focuses on the extraction, identification, content distribution and pharmacological effects of geniposide and its derivatives. Subsequently, the article deeply analyzed the pharmacological effects of gardenia, including its anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor and other core pharmacological activities, as well as liver and gallbladder protection, lipid-lowering and blood glucose reduction, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Finally, this paper discusses the correlation between the chemical components and the pharmacological effects of gardenia, analyzes the pharmacological effects of the main active components and the synergistic effects between the components, and constructs the basis of gardenia substances. The research in this paper not only helps to deepen the understanding of the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of gardenia, but also provides strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the new drug development and clinical application of gardenia.
