红参的化学成分及药理作用研究进展
摘 要
随着现代科学技术的进步,对红参化学成分及药理作用的研究日益深入。本文阐述了红参中人参皂苷类、多糖类及其他活性成分的种类、结构、提取工艺及生物活性,为红参的深入研究提供了坚实的理论基础。随后,通过体外抗氧化能力评估与体内抗氧化与抗衰老效应验证,揭示了红参在抗氧化与抗衰老方面的显著作用;通过免疫细胞活性影响与免疫调节机制探索,阐明了红参在免疫调节方面的独特优势;同时,深入分析了红参在心血管保护方面的效应,探讨了红参在抗肿瘤与抗癌方面的应用前景,包括抗癌细胞活性测试、抗癌作用机制与临床应用潜力。最后,本文总结了红参在中医临床与现代医学中的应用现状,并对其安全性进行了全面评价,为红参的进一步开发与应用提供了科学依据与参考。

PROGRESS ON THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND PHARMACOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF RED GINSENG
ABSTRACT
With the progress of modern science and technology, the research on the chemical composition and pharmacological effect of red ginseng is increasingly thorough. This paper expounds the species, structure, extraction process and biological activities of ginsenosides, polysaccharides and other active components in red ginseng, which provides a solid theoretical basis for the further study of red ginseng. Then, through the evaluation of anti-oxidation and anti-oxidation ability, revealed the significant effect of red ginseng in antioxidant and anti-aging effects of anti-aging and revealed the unique advantage of red ginseng in the regulation of immune cells and analyzed the effect of red ginseng in cardiovascular protection, and discussed the application prospect of red ginseng, including anti-cancer cell activity test, anti-cancer action mechanism and clinical application potential. Finally, this paper summarizes the application status of red ginseng in traditional Chinese medicine clinical and modern medicine, and comprehensively evaluates its safety, which provides scientific basis and reference for the further development and application of red ginseng.

ABSTRACT
With the progress of modern science and technology, the research on the chemical composition and pharmacological effect of red ginseng is increasingly thorough.
