This paper aims to explore the impact of equity incentives on employee performance and propose corresponding strategies. The introduction highlights the importance of equity incentives in corporate incentive mechanisms. The section on related theoretical introduction defines various types and forms of equity incentives and explains the theoretical mechanisms through which they affect employee performance. The section on the impact of equity incentives on employee performance discusses both the positive and negative effects, as well as analyzing the mediating and moderating effects. Finally, the section on strategies for mitigating the impact of equity incentives on employee performance covers incentive design and institutional development, management and implementation, and risk management and ethical constraints.
