供应链管理对企业竞争力的影响及对策

摘  要

本文主要探讨了供应链管理对企业竞争力的影响及其解决策略。首先，具体阐述了供应链管理的定义、历史、内容和作用。然后，分析了供应链管理对企业竞争力产生的负面影响，包括顾客批判和信任度下降、供应链风险和成本增加三个方面。最后，提出多种解决策略，包括加强供应链的可视化和数字化、打造协同化的供应链管理及建立有效的供应链风险管理机制。通过本文的分析，我们可以深入了解供应链管理的重要性以及如何通过合理的管理来提高企业的竞争力。

THE INFLUENCE OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ON ENTERPRISE COMPETITIVENESS AND ITS COUNTERMEASURES

ABSTRACT

This paper mainly discusses the influence of supply chain management on enterprise competitiveness and its solutions. Firstly, it elaborates the definition, history, content and function of supply chain management. Then, it analyzes the negative impact of supply chain management on the competitiveness of enterprises, including the decline of customer criticism and trust, the increase of supply chain risk and cost. Finally, it puts forward a variety of solutions, including strengthening the visualization and digitalization of supply chain, building collaborative supply chain management and establishing an effective supply chain risk management mechanism. Through the analysis of this paper, we can deeply understand the importance of supply chain management and how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises through reasonable management.
