Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important driving force for the development of enterprises, which not only has a profound impact on the operation mode and market competition pattern of enterprises, but also brings comprehensive and far-reaching changes to the organizational structure of enterprises. In the wave of digital transformation, the organizational structure of enterprises is undergoing a significant transformation from hierarchical to flat, from departmental barriers to cross-departmental collaboration, and from empirical decision-making to data-driven. These changes not only improve the decision-making efficiency and response speed of enterprises, but also enhance the innovation ability and market competitiveness of enterprises. In order to make full use of the opportunities brought by digital transformation and effectively respond to its challenges, enterprises need to actively adopt optimization strategies. First of all, enterprises should build a corporate culture with data as the core, cultivate employees' data awareness and analysis ability, and make data become an important basis for enterprise decision-making. Secondly, strengthen cross-departmental communication and collaboration, break departmental barriers, promote information sharing and resource integration, and form a joint force to promote the development of enterprises. At the same time, reduce the management level, give the front-line employees more decision-making power, and improve the flexibility and adaptability of the organization. In addition, enterprises should also increase the training of digital skills and innovation ability, and improve the overall quality of the staff through training, introduction and other ways. The impact of digital transformation on the organizational structure of enterprises is multifaceted, which not only brings challenges but also breeds opportunities.
