本文深入探讨了企业数字化转型过程中的员工抵触情绪问题,从相关理论概述出发,首先明确了数字化转型的定义,并详细阐述了员工抵触情绪的特点及其表现形式,包括言语与态度上的抵触、行为与工作上的抵触,以及心理与情感上的抵触。随后,文章深入分析了员工抵触情绪产生的原因,主要包括对变革的恐惧、个人利益受损的担忧、企业内部沟通不畅以及价值观不一致等。进一步地,文章论述了员工抵触情绪对企业数字化转型的负面影响,指出其不仅阻碍了转型进程,导致员工抵触与团队协作障碍、资源分配与战略执行难题,还降低了工作效率,影响了团队氛围的和谐,并可能引发信息安全隐患。为有效应对这一挑战,文章提出了多项应对策略,包括明确转型目标以统一方向,加强沟通与培训以消除误解与恐惧,制定科学的战略规划以确保资源合理分配与执行力度,优化工作流程以提升效率,以及营造积极向上的团队文化以增强员工归属感和凝聚力。此外,还强调了数据加密与备份的重要性,以保障企业信息安全。这些策略旨在帮助企业顺利推进数字化转型,克服员工抵触情绪带来的障碍,实现可持续发展。

Abstract
This article delves into the issue of employee resistance in the process of digital transformation in enterprises. Starting from an overview of relevant theories, the definition of digital transformation is first clarified, and the characteristics and manifestations of employee resistance are elaborated in detail, including resistance in speech and attitude, resistance in behavior and work, and resistance in psychology and emotion. Subsequently, the article analyzed in depth the reasons for employee resistance, mainly including fear of change, concerns about personal interests being compromised, poor internal communication within the company, and inconsistent values. Furthermore, the article discusses the negative impact of employee resistance on the digital transformation of enterprises, pointing out that it not only hinders the transformation process, leading to employee resistance and team collaboration barriers, resource allocation and strategic execution difficulties, but also reduces work efficiency, affects the harmony of team atmosphere, and may cause information security risks. To effectively address this challenge, the article proposes multiple coping strategies, including clarifying transformation goals to unify direction, strengthening communication and training to eliminate misunderstandings and fears, developing scientific strategic planning to ensure reasonable resource allocation and execution, optimizing workflow to improve efficiency, and creating a positive team culture to enhance employee belonging and cohesion. In addition, the importance of data encryption and backup was emphasized to ensure the security of enterprise information. These strategies aim to help businesses smoothly advance digital transformation, overcome obstacles caused by employee resistance, and achieve sustainable development.
