在全球经济一体化的背景下,跨国经营已成为企业追求国际化战略、增强国际竞争力的核心途径。然而,这一过程中,企业创新管理面临着复杂多变的挑战。本文深入剖析了跨国经营中企业创新管理的主要挑战,包括外资比例限制导致的市场准入难度增加、品牌知名度不足影响市场渗透力、文化差异带来的管理冲突、以及全球技术竞争压力下的创新压力等。针对这些挑战,本文提出了一系列应对策略:企业需通过深入研究目标市场的政策环境与法律法规,灵活调整投资策略以规避外资比例限制;加强品牌建设,通过多渠道营销和本地化策略提升品牌知名度和美誉度;实施跨文化管理,促进文化融合与理解,减少管理冲突;同时,加大研发投入,建立全球创新网络,加强与科研机构和高校的合作,以提升技术创新能力和响应市场变化的速度。本文还强调了持续学习与适应性管理的重要性,认为企业应不断吸收国际先进管理理念和技术,灵活调整管理策略,以适应快速变化的全球市场环境。通过这些策略的实施,企业能够有效应对跨国经营中的创新管理挑战,实现可持续发展和国际化战略的成功。

Abstract
In the context of global economic integration, transnational operation has become the core way for enterprises to pursue internationalization strategy and enhance international competitiveness. However, in this process, the enterprise innovation management is faced with complex and changeable challenges. This paper deeply analyzes the main challenges of enterprise innovation management in transnational operation, including the increased difficulty of market access caused by the proportion of foreign investment, the lack of brand awareness affecting market penetration, the management conflict caused by cultural differences, and the innovation pressure under the pressure of global technology competition. In response to these challenges, this paper proposes a series of coping strategies: enterprises should deeply study the policy environment, laws and regulations of the target market, flexibly adjust investment strategies to avoid the restriction of foreign capital proportion; strengthen brand building, enhance brand awareness and reputation through multi-channel marketing and localization strategy; implement cross-cultural management, promote cultural integration and understanding, and reduce management conflicts; at the same time, increase R & D investment, establish global innovation network, strengthen cooperation with research institutions and universities to enhance the ability of technological innovation, and the speed of response to market changes. This paper also emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and adaptive management, and believes that enterprises should constantly absorb international advanced management concepts and technologies, and flexibly adjust their management strategies to adapt to the rapidly changing global market environment. Through the implementation of these strategies, enterprises can effectively respond to the innovation management challenges in the transnational operation, and realize the success of sustainable development and internationalization strategy.
