This article first defines enterprise agility and explores its evaluation methods, including indicators such as process efficiency, innovation capability, and customer satisfaction. The core elements of enterprise agility include adapting to change, cross functional team collaboration, continuous learning, and customer centricity. These elements together form the foundation of enterprise agility, enabling enterprises to maintain competitiveness and sustained growth in a constantly changing market environment. In response to market changes, enterprise agility plays an important role. Firstly, it can quickly respond to market demand, ensuring that enterprise products and services always remain consistent with market demand. Secondly, enterprise agility helps to reduce market risk and respond to market uncertainty by quickly adjusting strategies. In addition, enterprise agility can enhance competitiveness and maintain market leadership through continuous innovation and improvement. Finally, enterprise agility promotes continuous innovation, enabling companies to continuously launch new products or services to meet the constantly changing market and new consumer needs. However, in the process of achieving enterprise agility, there are also many challenges, such as difficulties in transforming organizational structure, technological backwardness, team communication barriers, and data-driven decision-making difficulties.
