摘要

随着社会的快速发展和教育的深入改革,幼儿教育受到了前所未有的关注。幼儿期是个体成长的关键时期,这一阶段的社交经验对于幼儿的社会性发展、情绪调节以及问题解决能力有着深远的影响。本研究旨在深入探讨幼儿游戏中同伴冲突的成因、影响及解决策略。概述幼儿游戏理论、同伴关系理论和冲突解决理论,为后续分析提供了理论基础。探讨同伴冲突对幼儿社会性、情感和认知发展的影响,揭示了冲突在幼儿成长中的双重作用。分析了幼儿游戏中同伴冲突的成因,包括认知因素、情感因素、社会因素和环境因素,为制定有效的解决策略提供了依据。提出针对幼儿游戏中同伴冲突的解决策略,包括预防策略、观察与介入策略、冲突解决技能培养和家园合作策略,以期促进幼儿健康和谐地成长。本研究采用了理论分析和实证研究相结合的方法,对幼儿游戏中的同伴冲突进行了全面深入的分析。我们期望通过本研究,能够为幼儿园教育实践提供有益的参考,帮助教师和家长更好地应对幼儿游戏中的同伴冲突,促进幼儿的全面发展。

Abstract


With the rapid development of society and the deepening of education reform, early childhood education has received unprecedented attention. Early childhood is a crucial period for individual growth, and the social experiences during this stage have a profound impact on the social development, emotional regulation, and problem-solving abilities of young children. The aim of this study is to explore in depth the causes, impacts, and resolution strategies of peer conflicts in children's games. An overview of early childhood game theory, peer relationship theory, and conflict resolution theory provides a theoretical basis for subsequent analysis. Exploring the impact of peer conflict on the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children, revealing the dual role of conflict in their growth. Analyzed the causes of peer conflict in children's games, including cognitive factors, emotional factors, social factors, and environmental factors, providing a basis for formulating effective solutions. Propose strategies for resolving peer conflicts in children's games, including prevention strategies, observation and intervention strategies, conflict resolution skills development, and home school cooperation strategies, in order to promote healthy and harmonious growth of young children. This study used a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of peer conflict in children's games. We hope that through this study, we can provide useful references for kindergarten education practice, help teachers and parents better cope with peer conflicts in children's games, and promote the comprehensive development of young children.
