Abstract
This paper explores the applicability study of modified asphalt based on mathematical statistics. The paper first introduces the basic knowledge of modified asphalt performance and modification principle, as well as mathematical statistical methods, and discusses the types and selection principles of modified asphalt agents. Then, the paper details the derivative analysis method, principal component analysis method, cluster analysis method, and model-based applicability evaluation method, and finally verifies their practicality and effectiveness through experimental data. The study shows that the applicability study of modified asphalt based on mathematical statistics is an accurate and reliable method that can guide the selection and use of asphalt.
