摘 要
本文在生态文明建设的背景下,探讨了林业企业管理模式的改革。首先,文章概述了林业企业管理模式的历史演变及传统模式的特点,并明确了改革的目标和原则。接着,分析了传统林业企业管理模式在生态文明建设中的局限性,如忽视生态环境保护、经济效益与社会效益、生态效益的不平衡、资源利用的低效与浪费以及决策链的庞杂导致的管理效率低下。针对这些问题,本文提出了林业企业管理模式改革的措施。首先,建立绿色经营理念,包括制定严格的生态环境保护政策、培育企业文化中的绿色价值观以及加强执行生态环境保护政策。其次,加强生态环境保护与修复,明确生态环境保护责任与制度,推广生态恢复技术和方法,并加强生态环境法规与政策制定。再次,优化资源利用方式,推广资源节约型林业生产技术,建立林业资源综合利用体系,并强化林业资源循环利用机制。最后,完善管理体系和决策机制,明确管理目标与战略定位,优化组织架构与职责分配,并引入现代化管理工具与方法。本文的研究旨在为林业企业在生态文明建设中实现可持续发展提供理论支持和实践指导,推动林业企业管理模式的创新和优化。

Abstract
This paper discusses the reform of forestry enterprise management mode under the background of ecological civilization construction. First of all, the paper summarizes the historical evolution of forestry enterprise management mode and the characteristics of traditional mode, and clarifies the ob jectives and principles of reform. Then, it analyzes the limitations of the traditional forestry enterprise management mode in the construction of ecological civilization, such as the neglect of ecological environment protection, economic and social benefits, the imbalance of ecological benefits, the inefficiency and waste of resource utilization, and the low management efficiency caused by the complex decision-making chain. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some measures to reform the management mode of forestry enterprises. First of all, the establishment of green business philosophy, including the development of strict ecological environmental protection policies, cultivating green values in corporate culture and strengthening the implementation of ecological environmental protection policies. Secondly, strengthen the protection and restoration of the ecological environment, clarify the responsibility and system of ecological environmental protection, promote ecological restoration technologies and methods, and strengthen the formulation of ecological environmental regulations and policies. Thirdly, optimize the way of resource utilization, promote resource-saving forestry production technology, establish a comprehensive utilization system of forestry resources, and strengthen the recycling mechanism of forestry resources. Finally, improve the management system and decision-making mechanism, clear management ob jectives and strategic positioning, optimize the organizational structure and responsibility allocation, and introduce modern management tools and methods. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for forestry enterprises to achieve sustainable development in the construction of ecological civilization, and to promote the innovation and optimization of forestry enterprises' management mode.
