信息技术的快速发展使电子商务成为全球经济的关键部分,改变了企业的经营模式和市场竞争。它拓宽了销售渠道,降低了成本,提升了运营效率,但同时也带来了市场竞争加剧、技术更新压力、信息安全风险和对第三方平台的依赖等挑战。本文探讨了电子商务对企业经营模式的影响,并提出对策。研究显示,电子商务加剧市场竞争,推动技术进步,但也引发安全风险和平台依赖问题。企业应对策略包括加强品牌建设、增加技术研发、强化信息安全和拓展销售渠道。这些研究对企业在电子商务时代保持竞争力和可持续发展具有重要价值。

STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE OF E-COMMERCE ON ENTERPRISE BUSINESS MODEL
ABSTRACT
The rapid development of information technology has made e-commerce a key part of the global economy, and changed the business model and market competition of enterprises. It has expanded sales channels, reduced costs and improved operational efficiency, but also brought challenges such as increased market competition, technology update pressure, information security risks and reliance on third-party platforms. This paper discusses the influence of e-commerce on business model and proposes countermeasures. Research shows that e-commerce intensifies market competition and promotes technological progress, but it also causes security risks and platform dependence problems. Corporate coping strategies include strengthening brand building, increasing technology research and development, strengthening information security and expanding sales channels. These studies are of great value for enterprises to maintain their competitiveness and sustainable development in the era of e-commerce.
