本文概述了海外企业管理的概念、特殊性和管理模式。面对“一带一路”倡议下的挑战,如文化、法律差异,企业需灵活管理。当前主要问题包括风险管理、适应新环境、管理幅度和人才短缺。问题根源多样,包括政治风险、市场陌生、人员增加和人才流失。文章提出应对策略:建立风险管理体系,深入理解市场环境,优化组织架构,加大人才引进,培养跨文化沟通和国际视野的复合型人才,以支持企业海外发展。

RESEARCH ON THE PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF OVERSEAS MANAGEMENT OF "BELT AND ROAD" ENTERPRISES
ABSTRACT
This paper summarizes the concept, particularity and management mode of overseas enterprise management. In the face of challenges under the Belt and Road initiative, such as cultural and legal differences, companies need to manage them flexibly. The current main problems include risk management, adaptation to the new environment, management range and talent shortage. The root causes of the problems are diverse, including political risks, market strangeness, increased staffing and brain drain. The paper puts forward countermeasures: establish the risk management system, deeply understanding the market environment, optimize the organizational structure, increase the introduction of talents, cultivate interdisciplinary talents with cross-cultural communication and international vision, so as to support the overseas development of enterprises.
