论企业核心竞争力及其构建研究



摘  要

在全球经济持续发展和市场竞争加剧的背景下,企业核心竞争力成为企业管理研究的焦点。核心竞争力是企业成功和持续发展的关键。本研究深入分析了企业核心竞争力的内涵、特征、构建关键因素及挑战,并提出了相应的对策,旨在为企业竞争策略提供理论和实践指导。研究首先定义了企业核心竞争力的特征,如独特性、持久性、动态性和价值性,并分析了技术创新、品牌建设等因素的重要性。同时,探讨了技术迭代、全球化竞争等挑战的影响。最后,提出了加大研发投入、强化品牌、实施人才战略等对策,以帮助企业在快速变化的市场中构建和维持核心竞争力。这项研究对于理解企业核心竞争力的构建过程和指导企业制定有效竞争策略具有重要意义。

ON ENTERPRISE CORE COMPETITIVENESS AND ITS CONSTRUCTION

ABSTRACT

Under the background of the sustainable development of the global economy and the intensified market competition, the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the focus of enterprise management research. Core competitiveness is the key to the success and sustainable development of enterprises. This study deeply analyzes the connotation, characteristics, key factors and challenges of enterprise core competitiveness, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprise competition strategy. The research first defines the characteristics of enterprise core competitiveness, such as uniqueness, persistence, dynamics and value, and analyzes the importance of factors such as technological innovation and brand building. At the same time, the impact of challenges such as technological iteration and global competition is discussed. Finally, the countermeasures of increasing R & D investment, strengthening brand and implementing talent strategy are put forward to help enterprises build and maintain their core competitiveness in the rapidly changing market. This study is of great significance for understanding the construction process of enterprise core competitiveness and guiding enterprises to develop effective competitive strategies.
