国家安全教育纳入法学教学的探索

摘要

当前，我国国防建设面临着严峻的形势，国防安全教育已成为一个热门话题。国家安全教育是我国法学教育的一个重要组成部分。这样既可以增强大学生的民族观念，又可以增强他们的法律素质和解决问题的能力。同时，在法律教育中引入国家安全教育，也是顺应时代发展的需要。但是，要使法律教育与国家安全教育相结合，就必须从教育制度、政策环境、课程设置与教学内容、师资队伍和教学方法等方面着手。为此，在法律教学中引入国家安全教育，必须对其进行深入的研究与实践，制定合适的课程体系与教学大纲，培养一批专门的教师，促进现代技术手段在教学中的运用，提倡将国家安全教育更深更广地融合于法律教育之中，为我国今后的安全事业发展打下坚实的基础。

Abstract

Along with the serious situation of national safety, the National Security Education has become the focus of the society. Law education, as an important subject of training law personnel, should also include the national security education. This will not only enhance the students' national security consciousness, but also enhance their legal literacy and problem solving skills. The integration of national security education is also the inevitable tendency of the law education. But it is impossible to combine the national security education with the law education, the educational system, the policy environment, the content of the course, the teachers and the teaching methods. Therefore, it is necessary to explore and practice, to set up appropriate courses and curricula, to train specialized teachers, to promote the use of modern technology in teaching, and to integrate more and more deeply into national security education.
