In recent years, with the wide application of advanced composite materials in aviation, aviation, automobile and so on, there is more and more need to study its processing mechanism. In this paper, the study of mechanism of composite materials is emphasized, including physics, chemistry and thermodynamics. By combining experimental and numerical simulation, this paper studied the mechanism rule in the machining process of composite materials, and analyzed the effect of different mechanisms on material performance. The results show that the processing parameters can be controlled effectively by adjusting the technological parameters. The study has important meaning to enhance the stability and controllability of composite materials.
