Abstract: Multicultural education plays an important role in preschool education. Preschool education teachers play the role of guides, role models, educators, and knowledge transmitters in multicultural education. Their interactive ability is crucial for effectively implementing multicultural education. Multicultural education aims to promote respect and understanding of different cultural backgrounds among preschool children by providing an inclusive learning environment. By learning customs, languages, and values from different cultures, preschool children can broaden their horizons, enhance their cultural awareness, and self-confidence. Preschool education teachers play a crucial role in multicultural education. They should become guides and role models for multicultural education for preschool children, demonstrating respect and tolerance for different cultures through their own actions and words. The impact of multicultural education on preschool children cannot be ignored. Through multicultural education, preschool children can cultivate a sense of diversity, enhance language and communication skills, and enhance social cognition and acceptance abilities. Preschool education teachers play an important role in multicultural education.
