本文基于博弈论视角,对电子商务信用风险的形成机制进行了深入探析。电子商务信用风险作为阻碍行业健康发展的关键因素,其产生的原因和防范策略一直备受关注。首先,本文对电子商务信用风险进行了概述,明确了其定义、表现形式及产生原因。接着,运用博弈论原理,从买卖双方、电子商务平台与卖家、政府监管部门与电子商务平台三个维度,详细分析了电子商务信用风险的形成机制。在买卖双方博弈中,信息不对称和信誉机制、惩罚机制的作用被重点讨论。电子商务平台与卖家之间的博弈则侧重于平台监管与卖家违规行为的相互作用,以及平台信誉体系建设的必要性。而在政府监管部门与电子商务平台之间,则分析了政府监管力度与电子商务平台合规经营的博弈,以及政府政策支持与电子商务平台发展的相互促进关系。针对电子商务信用风险,本文提出了相应的防范与应对措施。包括完善电子商务法规体系,加强电子商务平台监管,建立健全电子商务信誉体系,以及提高消费者风险意识与维权能力等。这些措施旨在降低电子商务信用风险,促进电子商务行业的健康发展。

Abstract
Based on the perspective of game theory, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the formation mechanism of e-commerce credit risk. As a key factor hindering the healthy development of the e-commerce industry, credit risk has been concerned about its causes and prevention strategies. First of all, this paper gives an overview of e-commerce credit risk, and clarifies its definition, forms and causes. Then, using the theory of game, it analyzes the formation mechanism of e-commerce credit risk in detail from three dimensions: buyer and seller, e-commerce platform and seller, government supervision department and e-commerce platform. In the game between buyers and sellers, the role of information asymmetry, reputation mechanism and punishment mechanism is discussed. The game between e-commerce platform and seller focuses on the interaction between platform supervision and seller violations, as well as the necessity of platform reputation system construction. Between government regulatory departments and e-commerce platforms, the game between government regulatory intensity and compliance operation of e-commerce platforms is analyzed, as well as the mutual promotion relationship between government policy support and the development of e-commerce platforms. In view of e-commerce credit risk, this paper puts forward the corresponding prevention and countermeasures. It includes improving the legal system of e-commerce, strengthening the supervision of e-commerce platforms, establishing and improving the credibility system of e-commerce, and improving consumers' risk awareness and rights protection ability. These measures are aimed at reducing e-commerce credit risks and promoting the healthy development of the e-commerce industry.
