随着互联网技术的飞速发展和普及,电子商务已成为推动全球经济的重要力量。在农村地区,电子商务的兴起为农产品销售开辟了新渠道,成为促进农村经济发展、实现乡村振兴的重要途径。然而,农村电子商务在发展过程中仍面临诸多瓶颈,如基础设施薄弱、人才短缺、产品品质与品牌建设滞后以及政策支持与法律法规不完善等问题,这些问题严重制约了农村电子商务的进一步发展。本文旨在探讨农村电子商务发展的瓶颈及其解决对策。首先,概述了电子商务基础理论、农村经济发展理论以及电子商务与农村经济发展的关系,为后续分析奠定理论基础。接着,阐述了农村电子商务在促进农产品上行、带动农村就业创业、推动农村产业结构优化等方面的重要性。随后,深入剖析了农村电子商务发展面临的四大瓶颈:基础设施薄弱、人才短缺与技能不足、产品品质与品牌建设滞后以及政策支持与法律法规不完善,并详细分析了各瓶颈的具体表现及成因。最后,针对上述问题,提出了加强基础设施建设、培养与引进电商人才、提升产品品质与品牌建设以及完善政策支持与法律法规等解决对策,旨在为解决农村电子商务发展瓶颈提供理论依据和实践指导,促进农村电子商务健康可持续发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology, e-commerce has become an important force to promote the global economy. In rural areas, the rise of e-commerce has opened up a new channel for the sale of agricultural products, and has become an important way to promote rural economic development and realize rural revitalization. However, rural e-commerce still faces many bottlenecks in the process of development, such as weak infrastructure, talent shortage, product quality and brand construction lag, policy support and imperfect laws and regulations and other problems, these problems seriously restrict the further development of rural e-commerce. This paper aims to explore the bottleneck of rural e-commerce development and its solutions. Firstly, this paper summarizes the basic theory of e-commerce, rural economic development theory and the relationship between e-commerce and rural economic development, laying a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis. Then, it expounds the importance of rural e-commerce in promoting agricultural products, promoting rural employment and entrepreneurship, and promoting the optimization of rural industrial structure. Subsequently, it deeply analyzes the four bottlenecks facing the development of rural e-commerce: weak infrastructure, talent shortage and insufficient skills, lagging product quality and brand construction, and imperfect policy support and imperfect laws and regulations, and analyzes the specific manifestations and causes of each bottleneck in detail. Finally, in view of the above problems, put forward to strengthen the construction of infrastructure, training and the introduction of electricity talent, improve product quality and brand construction and improve the policy support and laws and regulations of countermeasures, designed to solve the rural e-commerce development bottleneck provide theoretical basis and practical guidance, promote the sustainable development of rural e-commerce health.
