本文首先概述了美国经济政策不确定性的相关理论，明确了其界定，并分析了其表现，包括政府政策的频繁变动与自相矛盾、贸易政策的不稳定性以及财政与货币政策的矛盾。同时，本文还详细阐述了中国货物出口贸易的规模，指出其总体规模持续扩大，民营企业成为推动出口增长的主力军，且产品种类丰富、市场多元化。接着，本文深入分析了美国经济政策不确定性的成因，主要包括政府政策的不确定性、贸易争端以及外部冲击等因素。这些因素不仅影响了美国经济的稳定性，也对全球经济和国际贸易环境产生了深远的影响。在此基础上，本文进一步探讨了美国经济政策不确定性对中国货物出口贸易的影响。这些影响包括市场波动、关税壁垒、供应链紊乱以及投资环境的不确定等。这些影响给中国出口企业带来了挑战，但也提供了机遇。最后，本文提出了中国货物出口贸易对美国经济政策不确定性的应对策略。这些策略包括加强多元化市场拓展、创新驱动发展、构建稳定的供应链体系以及优化投资环境等。这些策略旨在降低美国经济政策不确定性对中国货物出口贸易的负面影响，同时抓住机遇，推动中国出口贸易的持续发展。

Abstract
This paper first summarizes the relevant theories of the uncertainty of economic policy in the United States, clarifies its definition, and analyzes its performance, including the frequent change and contradiction of government policy, the instability of trade policy and the contradiction between fiscal and monetary policy. At the same time, this paper also elaborated the scale of China's goods export trade, pointing out that its overall scale continues to expand, private enterprises become the main force to promote export growth, and the product range is rich and diversified market. Then, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the economic policy uncertainty in the United States, mainly including the uncertainty of government policy, trade disputes and external shocks. These factors not only affect the stability of the US economy, but also have a profound impact on the global economy and the international trade environment. On this basis, this paper further discusses the impact of US economic policy uncertainty on China's export goods trade. These effects include market fluctuations, tariff barriers, supply chain disorders, and uncertainty in the investment environment. These effects pose challenges to Chinese exporters, but they also provide opportunities. Finally, this paper presents the coping strategy of the uncertainty of American economic policy. These strategies include strengthening diversified market expansion, innovation-driven development, building a stable supply chain system and optimizing the investment environment. These strategies are aimed to reduce the negative impact of US economic policy uncertainty on China's export trade of goods, while seizing the opportunity to promote the sustainable development of China's export trade.
