摘 要
电子商务的兴起对传统贸易模式产生了巨大的冲击和改变。本文首先介绍了研究背景和意义,指出了研究电子商务对传统贸易模式的影响具有重要的理论和实践意义。然后明确了研究的目的和内容,旨在探讨电子商务对传统贸易模式的冲击以及传统企业的转型和应对策略。接着对传统贸易模式和电子商务进行了概述,阐述了传统贸易模式的定义和基本原理,以及电子商务的概述和发展历程。并对比了电子商务和传统贸易模式的优势,指出了电子商务的高效性、便捷性和无时无地的特点。之后从三个方面分析了电子商务对传统贸易模式的冲击,对销售渠道和市场格局的改变、对供应链和物流管理的影响,以及对消费者行为和购物习惯的改变。最后,探讨了传统企业的电子商务转型的机遇和挑战,提出了传统企业创新和数字化转型的策略,并强调了传统企业与电子商务企业的合作与共赢。通过对电子商务对传统贸易模式的研究,可以为传统企业的转型提供借鉴和参考,促进传统贸易模式与电子商务的有机结合,推动经济的持续发展。

Abstract
The rise of e-commerce has had a huge impact and change on the traditional trade mode. This paper first introduces the research background and significance, and points out the important theoretical and practical significance of studying the influence of e-commerce on traditional trade models. Then, the purpose and content of the research are clarified, aiming to explore the impact of e-commerce on the traditional trade mode and the transformation and coping strategies of traditional enterprises. Then, the traditional trade model and e-commerce are summarized, and the definition and basic principle of traditional trade mode, as well as the overview and development process of e-commerce. It also compares the advantages of e-commerce and the traditional trade mode, and points out the high efficiency, convenience and ubiquitous characteristics of e-commerce. Later, the impact of e-commerce on the traditional trade model, the change on the sales channel and market pattern, the impact on the supply chain and logistics management, and the change on consumer behavior and shopping habits are analyzed from three aspects. Finally, it discusses the opportunities and challenges of e-commerce transformation of traditional enterprises, puts forward the strategies of traditional enterprise innovation and digital transformation, and emphasizes the cooperation and win-win between traditional enterprises and e-commerce enterprises. Through the study of e-commerce and traditional trade mode, it can provide reference and reference for the transformation of traditional enterprises, promote the organic combination of traditional trade mode and e-commerce, and promote the sustainable development of economy.
