Abstract
This paper has comprehensively investigated the pharmacological mechanism of aspirin in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. We analyzed how aspirin can irreversibly inhibit cyclooxygenase in platelets, thus effectively inhibiting platelet aggregation and adhesion function, and reduce the viscosity and coagulation of blood. This mechanism is crucial for the prevention and treatment of thrombosis in cardiovascular diseases, especially in diseases such as myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, and cerebral infarction. This paper details the specific application of aspirin in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The analysis of clinical data has demonstrated the significant effect of aspirin in reducing the risk of cardiovascular events, alleviating symptoms, and promoting recovery. Meanwhile, this paper also focuses on the dose and medication guidance of aspirin, emphasizes the importance of individualized treatment, and discusses the factors influencing the duration and duration of medication. The article also explores the combination of aspirin and other drugs. The effect of combined application with platelet-lowering drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and anticoagulants was analyzed, which further revealed the comprehensive advantages of aspirin in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
