随着智能制造技术的快速发展和广泛应用,机械制造装备升级已成为提升制造业核心竞争力的重要途径。本研究旨在深入探索在智能制造背景下,机械制造装备升级的理论基础、关键技术、面临挑战及应对对策,以期为制造业的转型升级提供理论支持和实践指导。本研究对机械制造装备升级的定义与特点进行了阐述,明确了装备升级在提升生产效率、降低生产成本、提高产品质量等方面的重要作用,深入分析了集成化设计原理和模块化生产原理在机械制造装备升级中的应用,揭示了这些原理对提升装备性能、实现柔性制造的重要作用。在关键技术研究方面,本研究重点探讨了数控技术、自动化技术和人工智能技术在机械制造装备升级中的应用。

Abstract
With the rapid development and wide application of intelligent manufacturing technology, the upgrading of machinery manufacturing equipment has become an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. This study aims to deeply explore the theoretical basis, key technologies, challenges and countermeasures of mechanical manufacturing equipment upgrading under the background of intelligent manufacturing, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. This study elaborated the definition and characteristics of machinery manufacturing equipment upgrading, clarified the important role of equipment upgrading in improving production efficiency, reducing production costs and improving product quality, and deeply analyzed the application of integrated design principle and modular production principle in machinery manufacturing equipment upgrading. The important role of these principles in improving equipment performance and realizing flexible manufacturing is revealed. In terms of key technology research, this study focuses on the application of numerical control technology, automation technology and artificial intelligence technology in the upgrading of machinery manufacturing equipment.
