摘    要

  随着现代工业的快速发展,机械设备的安全稳定运行至关重要,温度是反映设备运行状态的重要参数之一。本研究旨在探讨红外传感器在机械设备温度监测中的应用,以实现对设备温度的实时、高效、非接触式监测。通过对比传统接触式温度测量方法,发现红外传感器具有响应速度快、精度高、可远距离测量等优势。采用理论分析与实验验证相结合的方法,选取典型机械设备为研究对象,搭建基于红外传感器的温度监测系统,利用该系统获取设备不同工况下的温度数据,并进行分析处理。结果表明,红外传感器能够准确捕捉到设备表面温度变化情况,且其测量误差在允许范围内,满足实际工程需求。创新性地将图像处理技术融入红外传感器温度监测中,通过对采集到的红外热图进行处理,可直观显示设备温度分布状况,有助于及时发现潜在故障点。此研究为机械设备状态监测提供了新思路,拓展了红外传感器的应用领域,对保障设备安全运行具有重要意义。

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of modern industry, the safe and stable operation of mechanical equipment has become critical, and temperature is one of the key parameters reflecting the operating condition of equipment. This study investigates the application of infrared sensors in temperature monitoring of mechanical equipment to achieve real-time, efficient, and non-contact temperature measurement. Compared with traditional contact-based temperature measurement methods, infrared sensors exhibit advantages such as fast response time, high accuracy, and the ability to measure at a distance. By integrating theoretical analysis with experimental validation, this research selects typical mechanical equipment as the subject of study and establishes a temperature monitoring system based on infrared sensors. The system acquires temperature data under various operating conditions and processes the data for analysis. Results indicate that infrared sensors can accurately capture surface temperature changes of the equipment, with measurement errors within acceptable limits, thus meeting practical engineering requirements. Innovatively, image processing technology is incorporated into the infrared sensor-based temperature monitoring system. Processing the collected infrared thermograms provides an intuitive display of the temperature distribution across the equipment, facilitating the timely identification of potential fault points. This research offers new insights into the condition monitoring of mechanical equipment, expands the application domain of infrared sensors, and plays a significant role in ensuring the safe operation of equipment.
