Abstract
This study focuses on the targeted application of antiviral drugs in the treatment of COVID-19. With the global pandemic of novel coronavirus, the research and application of antiviral drugs is an important treatment of COVID-19. This paper reviews the research status of antiviral drugs in the treatment of COVID-19 at home and abroad, and expounds the purpose and content of the research, namely, the mechanism of action of antiviral drugs, the main classification and their clinical application in the treatment of COVID-19. Antiviral drugs exert a therapeutic effect by interfering with different stages of viral replication and have a targeted effect of novel coronavirus. The study classified the currently marketed antiviral drugs on the market, and detailed the application of arbidol (Arbidol) and attevir / ritonavir (taadine). At the same time, the impact of novel coronavirus variation on the application of antiviral drugs is discussed, and the importance of the combined application of antiviral drugs and other therapeutic methods is emphasized. In the treatment of COVID-19, the application of antiviral drugs runs through different stages of the disease course, and has a significant impact on the viral load, the progression of the disease course and the prognosis. Through the systematic analysis of the practical application effect of antiviral drugs in the treatment of COVID-19, this paper aims to provide more scientific and rational drug use guidance for clinical practice and help the battle against COVID-19.
Keywords:Antiviral drugs; COVID-19; Clinical application; Mechanism of action; Combination
