摘 要
在劳动关系中,劳动关系是劳动关系中最基本的问题之一,也是劳动关系中最基本的问题之一。文章在分析我国工伤保险立法现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了我国工伤保险立法改革的一系列措施,主要包括:工伤认定标准及法定程序的改革,工伤赔偿标准及适用范围的改革。在此基础上,本文还通过对一些具体案例的分析,对如何处理这些问题进行了探讨。本文力图对目前对工伤保险法律制度的研究状况及存在的问题进行系统地梳理,以期能给有关决策者及实务界带来一些有益的启示,从而提高我国工伤保险法律制度的效力及科学性。在我国,工伤保险是一种新型的劳动保障,也是一种新型的劳动保障。同时,新的职业病也在不断出现,这就需要对工伤认定的标准、程序进行相应的改革。与此同时,随着互联网技术的发展,以及大数据的广泛应用,使得工伤保险的风险与管理变得更加复杂。所以,在今后的工作中,还需要不断地加大对工伤保险法律体系的研究力度,不断地对其进行完善,从而使其能够更好地保护劳动者,提高企业的发展质量。

Abstract
In labor relations, labor relations is one of the most basic problems in labor relations, and also one of the most basic problems in labor relations. Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the legislation of industrial injury insurance, the paper puts forward a series of measures to reform the legislation of industrial injury insurance, including: the reform of the identification standard and legal procedure of industrial injury insurance, the reform of industrial injury compensation standard and applicable scope. On this basis, this paper also discusses how to deal with these problems through the analysis of some concrete cases. This paper aims to systematically analyze the current research status and existing problems of the industrial injury insurance legal system, so as to bring some useful enlightenment to decision-makers and practitioners, so as to improve the effectiveness and scientific nature of the legal system of industrial injury insurance. In OUR COUNTRY, INDUSTRIAL INJURY INSURANCE IS A KIND OF NEW-TYPE LABOR SECURITY, BUT ALSO A kind OF NEW-type LABOR SECURITY. At the same time, new occupational diseases are also emerging, which requires the corresponding reform of the standards and procedures for the identification of industrial injuries. At the same time, with the development of Internet technology and the wide application of big data, the risk and management of industrial injury insurance become more complex. Therefore, in the future work, still need to continue to increase the intensity of research on industrial injury insurance legal system, constantly improve it, so that it can better protect workers, improve the quality of enterprise development.
